Get Involved
The P.E.A.K. Partnership appreciates your interest in being involved at Montclair and extends an open
invitation for you to get involved in ways that are meaningful for you and your family.
To help you choose, we have created an all new Volunteer Handbook. It contains a full "menu" of
opportunities, including each activity's relative time commitment, whether it can be done at school or
from home and other really helpful tips. Whether you have a few minutes to spare after drop-off in the
morning or want to dive right in heading up a committee, we have a variety of opportunities for you.
To follow along with the handbook “menu” is an Interest Survey, which you can complete and return
to the front office or the PEAK mailbox. This survey will help us find just the right opportunity
for you.
One last reminder, in order to volunteer with the kids in the classroom or accompany them on field trips,
a DPS Volunteer Application MUST be completed if you have not already done so within the last year at
Montclair. These forms are only available through the school office and should be returned there as well.
They are then filed through DPS and include a background check. This is required by DPS for the safety
of all students.
