Early High Strides Program

This accelerated
instructional model for highly motivated students is built upon the
premise that learning should be differentiated within structured
learning communities and requires a commitment on the part of the
students, parents and teachers. Instruction in the core content
areas is delivered with a project-based emphasis at a rigorous pace. In
doing so, high expectations are set, met and exceeded by students
admitted to this program. Admittance to this program is based on the
following criteria: district assessments, teacher recommendations,
parent nominations, and the student’s commitment to learning, along
with a review by an approval committee.
