Fundraising at Montclair
At Montclair, we keep our fundraising to a minimum, with just two big events for the entire year. The
fundraisers that we do have are also social events and bring the community together. The fall Mingle for
Montclair is an exciting evening event for adults that includes food, drink and fabulous silent and live
items to bid on. The spring Plant Sale and Fun Fair combines a sale of a fabulous selection of plants with
a fun-filled carnival-like atmosphere that makes for an event that's not to be missed.
What do we fundraise for, you may ask? To directly benefit the kids at Montclair and to be able to provide
additional financial support that is not covered by the regular school budget. The money we’ve raised in
the past has gone towards overnight field trips to places like Crow Canyon, Estes Park, and Bunk with the
Beasts at the Zoo. It also pays for some of the many, many assemblies and speakers that greatly enrich
the student experience at Montclair. It helps our teachers purchase supplies and books for their
classrooms. It provides our families with fun events like Winter Festival and International Night, as well
as Family Nights, and so much more.
