Montclair is such a special place. I have learned a lot about flexibility and a lot about equity. I&#8217;ve learned how to be a leader who leads from the heart with kindness and humility and that it is okay to not have all of the answers. The most important thing I have learned was the true meaning of building relationships.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My time at Montclair has been so powerful. I&#8217;ve learned something from each and every one of you.
