The Carmel Hill Fund wants to learn more about your child\u2019s reading habits and any supports you believe your child needs to become a stronger independent reader. As a thank you for your time, at the end of the survey, you will have the option to enter a raffle to win a $100 Visa gift card.\u00a0Please complete this survey by November 17, 2023.
