Hello Montclair Families,
We are looking forward to our field trips begging for this school year. We know that field trips are a fun and important part of our students learning.
As a reminder, part of DPS policy is that all volunteers whether in the school or attending field trips must have their background checks on file with DPS Volunteer Services. click here for more information
If a family member wants to attend a field trip they must go through the DPS process above, if you have not gone through the DPS Volunteer Services background check process you will not be able to attend a field trip.
On field trip days, family members that are attending the field trip will check-in to the office and show confirmation that they have been cleared by DPS Volunteer Services. After you have shown confirmation in the office you will be able to join your students classroom until the designated departure time.
