How To Register Your Child at Montclair School of Academics & Enrichment

Registration Dates:

Tuesday, August 4, 2026 – 9:00AM – 5:00PM – Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Monday, August 3, 2025 – 9:00AM – 5:00PM– ECE (Preschool) & Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Step 1: Gather Required Documents

For New Kinder – 5th Grade Students:

Birth Certificate

Proof of Address ( lease, Xcel bill, or Denver Water bill)

Immunization Records

For ECE (Preschool) Students:

Birth Certificate

Proof of Address ( lease, Xcel bill, or Denver Water bill)

Immunization Records & Physical

One Month of Income Documentation

Step 2: Prepare Registration Fee

$60 per student

This fee helps cover school supplies and field trips for your child.

Payments can be made during registration.

Step 3: Complete School Choice Application

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Montclair, please complete the SchoolChoice application:

Step 4: Complete Lunch Application

Every July, please fill out the lunch application — even if you do not plan to use school meals. This helps Montclair secure funding and resources.

Step 5: Sign Up for the Parent Portal

Stay informed about your child’s attendance, grades, and school communication by creating a Parent Portal account:

Registration

Online Registration Steps:

Go to https://myportal.dpsk12.org
Click Log in
Click Sign in and enter your Username and Password
Click “See all apps”
Click “Online Registration”
Scroll down; click “More”
Click “Online Registration.” At this point, a new page will open, and it will take you through the steps to enter your information and get registered. Make sure to click “submit” and “confirm” at the end.
