Clint earned his B.A. in Psychology from Temple University, followed by an M.A. of Science in Reading Education and a second Master’s in Education leadership. With over 17 years of experience in education, including 10 years as a principal in Florida, Clint has dedicated his career to fostering environments where students and educators can thrive.
Before his career in education, Clint’s path led him. to serve as a Yoga Teacher. This experience deepened his understanding of mindfulness, balance, and community. Growing up in Bangor, PA, a small rural town, he often felt different from his peers. Lacking the necessary supports and representation, he yearned for a sense of belonging. This personal journey is the driving force behind his passion for creating an inclusive atmosphere where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow. As a principal, Clint’s philosophy is centered on the power of community in education. His primary goal at Montclair is to ensure that every student belongs, flourishes, and finds their unique path to success. He firmly believes that together, the community can cultivate a nurturing environment that fosters growth, resilience, and a strong sense of belonging.
